Rainbow Rodeo Auction & Fundraiser is a wonderful night out with purpose, where every bid and contribution supports important security upgrades to help ensure a safe, welcoming environment for our entire school community. Whether you plan to bid or simply come enjoy the evening, there will be many meaningful ways to show your support throughout the event.

Your event ticket includes entry to the live auction at Majors Barn, dinner catered by Three Pigs BBQ, a commemorative pint glass, access to our community drink bar, and a lively dance floor featuring line dancing lessons from the KC Boot Dancers.

Can’t make it to the barn? You can still bid in our silent auction. The auction lineup grows daily, so check back to join the fun.

We are so thankful for the wonderful support of incredible local businesses and individuals who donated the items for our auction. The funds raised from this auction and event will go toward enhancing school security.

Silent Auction
Open to all -- no ticket required.
Online Bidding runs April 3 through April 10, with two scheduled closing times during the event.

Auction items need to be picked up from the Rainbow School no later than April 17th at 2:45pm. Gift certificates will be held in the Rainbow School Office with other physical items for collection by Fellowship Hall.

Live Auction
An event ticket is required to participate.
Bidding will take place on April 10 from 8:15–9:00 p.m. during the event.

Auction items must be picked up after the event concludes.

More Ways to Get in on the Action

The fun doesn't stop at the auction! From raffles to special fundraising games, there will be plenty of ways to participate and make an impact throughout the night, with proceeds going toward continued school security improvements.

🎟 50/50 Raffle
Purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win half of the total pot, winner takes home half, and the other half directly supports school security enhancements. Participants don't need to be present to win.

🤠 Jail & Bail
“Arrest” a friend for a small donation and watch them collect their bail to earn their release. The funds will go toward a new merry-go-round for the playground.

Community Bar

Do you ever show up to a friend’s house with a six-pack or a bottle of wine you’re excited to share? That moment when everyone grabs a glass to try something new together—that’s the spirit behind the Community Bar.

We’ve got a couple barrels of donated beer but to keep things fun and interesting we’re inviting everyone to bring a favorite drink to share.

Some ideas:

A six-pack of your favorite seltzer
A bottle of wine
A batch cocktail in individual jars
A non-alcoholic drink or mocktail
Those beers in your fridge your brother-in-law brought over and you’re never gonna drink

Donation items for the bar can be dropped off at Rainbow the first week of April. Get creative, or just grab something from your fridge on the way out the door—we’ll have cups ready. Cheers!

Lend a Hand

Can you chip in with setup, tear down, auction monitoring, and other day-of tasks? We have a number of volunteer opportunities and if you sign up for four hours of volunteering you can get a free ticket to the auction!
