Spread joy this Valentine’s season with In Flight’s Sweetheart Silent Auction, a completely online auction full of thoughtful gifts for your loved ones—spa packages, jewelry, chocolates, and more! This special event not only helps you celebrate those you care about, but also supports In Flight’s programs, empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the Hudson Valley and Capital Region.

More than a chance to find the perfect Valentine's Day gift, In Flight's Sweetheart Silent Auction, sponsored by Ulster Federal Credit Union, supports programs that prioritize the health, safety, and independence of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. People with I/DD are at a higher risk for heart conditions, and with some being non-verbal or unable to express symptoms, that risk can be even greater. Funds raised strengthen wellness initiatives, including heart-health supports, early detection efforts, and the tools needed to provide regular checkups within In Flight's programs.

Make an extra impact by adding a $5 carnation contribution—each carnation will be delivered to someone participating in In Flight programming, bringing a touch of Valentine’s Day magic to their day. Join us in celebrating love, connection, and community, while helping our participants thrive!

About In Flight, Inc.

In Flight, Inc. was founded in 1993 as a Medicaid service coordination agency. Since opening, In Flight has grown to offer multiple programs serving individuals with intellectual disabilities

Our Residential program promotes skills for living independently and our Day-Habilitation, Community Habilitation, ISAIL, and SEMP programs teach new skills in communication, socialization, volunteerism, and employment. Through the years we continued to grow with the acquisition of SNP and Eagle Case Management, bringing our support base to over 400 individuals.

To further strengthen our community ties, in 2017 we partnered with Hudson Valley Service Providers. As a founding member of, and an equity partner in HVSP, In Flight, Inc. participated in the start-up and launch of LifePlan CCO, LLC, responding to a New York State initiative to promote conflict-free Medicaid service and coordination.

Offering services in Ulster, Columbia, Greene, and Dutchess counties, where we prioritize putting the people we support first through person-centered planning.
