We’re proud to host our second annual Lift-A-Thon, a week-long initiative supporting our Strength and Conditioning Program, which now empowers 29 varsity athletic teams across campus. This program plays a critical role in preparing our student-athletes to compete, grow, and thrive in every aspect of their collegiate experience.

Coe College Lift-A-Thon: Team Challenges

Throughout the week, Coe College's athletic teams will compete in strength, speed, and endurance challenges to showcase their dedication and competitive spirit.

🏋️ Rep Max Challenge

Test of Strength: Athletes will lift a percentage of their one-rep max as many times as possible. Who will push their limits the furthest?

Track & Field (Throwers)

🏃 Sprint Challenge

Speed Showdown: A 10-yard sprint, timed to the millisecond. Explosive speed and precision will determine the fastest team!

🦘 Jump Challenge

Power & Agility: Verticals will put leg power and explosiveness to the test. Which teams will soar the highest?

🔥 Metabolic 300 Challenge

Endurance & Teamwork: Teams will complete 300 total reps of various exercises as fast as possible. It’s a race against time and fatigue!
