The House of Transfiguration is a vital ministry within The Real Mission, a non-profit organization established by Oceans Unite Christian Centre to make a meaningful impact in our local community of Vero Beach, FL. Our guiding motto is: “A Changed Life is a Gained Life.”

This unique home offers hurting, broken women and their children the opportunity for long-term personal victory through a Christ-centered, residential program. Situated on a serene 6-acre campus, we provide a safe and peaceful environment where each resident receives individual attention tailored to her specific needs. At no cost to the participants, our program includes personalized Christian counseling and classes that address individual struggles.

Residents delve into the Word of God, receiving the help, accountability, and guidance necessary for healing and freedom. In addition to one-on-one mentoring, women participate in group mentoring sessions and classes, fostering support and a sense of community in a safe, Godly atmosphere.

We also equip our residents with essential life skills, including work training, personal care, trauma recovery, and relapse prevention. By the end of their stay, women are empowered to embrace a new life through the transformative power of the Holy Spirit.
