Every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and heard. For children in Kansas foster care, that voice often comes from a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA)—a trained volunteer who stands with them in court during times of abuse and neglect.

For 35 years, Kansas CASA Association, Inc. has strengthened that voice across the state by providing training, resources, and support to local CASA programs. Today, 20 programs serve children in 63 of Kansas’s 105 counties, giving more than 1,000 children each quarter a consistent advocate. Yet nearly half of Kansas still has no CASA program.
