Eval's story begins with Leve International, an organization committed to nurturing leadership in Haiti's youth. Recognizing that the lack of leadership is at the root of Haiti's chaotic state, Leve International established the Toussaint Louverture Leadership Academy in Hinche. Among its students, Eval shone brightly, his spirit unyielding in the face of hardship.

Through four phases of leadership development, Eval honed his skills, from leading himself to leading others, and now, in 2024, he stands at the forefront of leading his community. Equipped with knowledge in technology, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, and more, Eval embodies the essence of a true leader.

Yet, Haiti's challenges loom large. Gang violence grips the streets, and the absence of a central government exacerbates the turmoil. Inflation rises, and food insecurity deepens, threatening the very fabric of society. But amidst the chaos, Eval refuses to surrender to despair.
