At the Young Women’s Alliance, we are dedicated to effecting meaningful change in the Austin-area through our core values of Lead, Educate, Network, and Serve. These pillars not only form the bedrock of our organization, but also serve as our guiding principles as we navigate the path to the future.

LEAD:

YWA empowers its members with the leadership skills essential for shaping the next generation of women+ leaders in Austin. Beyond offering impactful leadership workshops, our members have the opportunity to take charge by serving on the Board of Directors and participating in our 10 committees. With a roster of 17 Board of Director members, over 65 committee chair positions, and numerous engaged committee members in leadership roles, YWA is a thriving hub for leadership development.

EDUCATE:

At YWA, members have the chance to foster both professional and personal growth. Our monthly meetings feature educational speakers covering a diverse range of topics, ensuring that, regardless of career stage, YWA has something enriching to offer to everyone.

NETWORK:

YWA provides unparalleled opportunities to expand your network and meet ambitious, community-minded, professional women+ in the Austin community. YWA engages in various socials, happy hours, and community service projects to connect with like-minded individuals.

SERVE:

YWA is committed to giving back to the Austin community through impactful community service projects and events in collaboration with partner organizations. YWA provides monthly service projects and seizes the chance to collaborate with fellow YWA members in creating and leading service initiatives of your own.
