As we gather for our 5th Annual Silent and Live Auction, we reflect on the journey of the Black Business Enterprises Fund—a journey that began as a grassroots mission to support business owners in our community. From the very beginning, we have been dedicated to providing the resources and support necessary for success, from technology assistance to small grants, and everything in between.

Through our experiences, we recognized that minorities face significant challenges in starting and sustaining businesses. Two of the most critical barriers are a lack of funding and education. To address these challenges, we have taken a bold step forward, focusing on financial education and preparing entrepreneurs and small business owners to successfully seek capital.

Our vision is clear: Black Business Enterprises Fund is committed to guiding and educating entrepreneurs, local community members, and youth on building and sustaining businesses through comprehensive financial education. Our mission is more important than ever, as access to capital remains a significant obstacle to the expansion and growth of minority-owned businesses.

Our Programs and Initiatives
Financial Literacy Workshops: We partner with local businesses to offer workshops that equip members with the skills and knowledge to manage finances effectively and strategically.

Housing Support: Recognizing that stable housing is foundational to business success, we provide guidance and resources to help entrepreneurs secure housing solutions that support their business goals.

Youth Programs: We are passionate about empowering the next generation. Our youth programs focus on instilling entrepreneurial spirit and financial savvy in young people, preparing them for a brighter future.

Credit Programs: Understanding the importance of credit in business, we offer programs that help members build and maintain strong credit profiles, essential for accessing capital and growing their enterprises.

Our primary mission is to promote community development by offering both financial and educational services. We offer tangible programs and initiatives that address these problems, track success, and start meaningful conversations to make impactful changes.
