TICKETS

We’ve continued to streamline this year with an option to purchase in advance your tickets to the live Camp Belinder auction event, drink tickets, golden tickets (for a trip to Mexico!), and candid kid pics. You can buy these now!

AUCTION ITEMS

A small number of auction items will be available in-person only, live at the event. Details to follow. Remaining auction items (as well as Progressive Dinner tickets, Parent and Grade-Level Kid Party tickets, and Teacher Takeover and Teacher Treasure bidding) will be auctioned virtually. The virtual auction will go live at 6pm on Thursday, March 5th and close at 5pm on Sunday, March 8th. Make sure you’re registered on this site before the event.

Nope — think “campfire hangout,” and camp games! Everything’s casual, social, and table‑free.

HOW DOES BIDDING WORK?

Register to bid on this site. That’s how you bid for silent-auction items, socials, teacher takeovers, and more. Live paddles will be handed out at check-in. Virtual bidding opens at 6pm on Thursday, March 5th and closes at 5pm on Sunday, March 8th. Live auction starts at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 7th.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Get ready for camp! Wear whatever feels like “summer camp” to you—outdoorsy, relaxed, and fun. Anything goes! You may even get the best costume award!

TRANSPORTATION

Parking is limited — we have valet service. Carpool if you can, or hitch a ride via Uber/Lyft.

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE PROVIDED?

We’ll keep things snacky, and yes, several bars will be open all night. Save time (and money) by buying drink tickets ahead of time. Drink sales are cashless — plan to pay by card. We strongly encourage you to eat dinner prior to the event, but don’t be late and miss the fun!

CANDID KID PICTURES

Back by popular demand! Buy your kid pics in advance — only pre-paid photos will be taken. Delivered to classrooms later in spring.

GOLDEN TICKET--WIN A TRIP TO MEXICO!

WHAT TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE HERE TODAY?

General Admission tickets. $60 per person.
Sponsor a Teacher tickets. $60 per ticket.
Drink tickets. $7 per drink if purchased here. (If purchased onsite, $9 per drink, credit card only.) All drinks are the same price--beer, wine, liquor, non-alcoholic.
Candid Kid Pictures. $20 per picture. Professional, candid photo of every Belinder student who pre-pays by paying here in advance. Only pre-paid photos will be taken!
Golden Ticket (Trip to Mexico). $75 per ticket. Only 100 available. Tickets will be entered into drawing to win a trip to Mexico!

WHAT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE/BIDDING BEGINNING THURSDAY, MARCH 5?

Most Auction Items. Other than a few high-dollar items (which we will auction off live at the March 7 event), most auction items will go live for virtual bidding on Thurs. March 5.
Progressive Dinner tickets. Tickets to a favorite annual event filled with fun, friends, and great food! This year's date will be April 11, 2026.
Parent Party tickets. Think "kickball game for parents of third-grade boys." A blast every year.
Kid Party tickets. Think "summer pool party for second-grade girls." Also a blast every year!
Teacher Takeover bidding. Bid for the right to take over a teacher's classroom for a day! Kids rule!
Teacher Treasure bidding. Bid to win special events with your child's favorite teacher - things like "bowling for the winning child and a friend."
