At a time when the rising cost of sports and after-school activities puts participation out of reach for many families, we remain committed to providing free and low-cost programming that ensures every child as the opportunity to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and find community.

About Boston Scores

Changing the Game for Boston Youth

Boston SCORES provides soccer and enrichment programs to nearly 2,000 youth in grades K-12 each year. Our programs were born out of the desire to close the opportunity gap for students in Boston, and work against the traditional pay-to-play model of US soccer.

What we offer:

School-based programs: Boston SCORES partners with 33 schools across the city to provide completely free afterschool soccer and enrichment programming. Students spend 5 days per week as a team: 3 on the soccer field and 2 in the classroom. These programs emphasize holistic youth development through sport and grade-appropriate enrichment.

Community Programs: Boston SCORES also provides community programs open to all that include: a low-cost recreational local soccer club East Boston FC, an accredited summer camp, and competitive high-school soccer programming open to all students in Boston.
