Now celebrating it's tenth year, Cornerstone Studios Limited is an independent 501(c)(3) organization established to create affordable studio space for emerging and career visual artists, especially those living in the Washington Heights and Inwood neighborhoods of northern NYC.

Located on the second and third floors of Our Saviour's Atonement Church, cornerstone STUDIOS participates in NoMAA's annual Uptown Arts Stroll.

Studio178 is a rotating 12-month residency available to immigrant artists, recent MFA graduates, late career artists, or artists in financial need. Cost to artists is $178/month.

Gallery178 is cornerstone STUDIOS' exhibition space. Open by appointment, Gallery178 hosts multiple exhibitions each year.
