On October 14, Family Promise of Tualatin Valley will host its sixth annual Eat, Drink & Be Giving fundraising event at the historic and charming Vine and Sparrow event venue in Sherwood. Tickets are $135 and tables are available for purchase. This year’s event is featuring live entertainment by The Cider Janes, a trio of three women who weave their distinct voices together to bring you a combination of unforgettable, haunting, and toe-tapping covers and originals that will include a little something for everyone. Our emcee for the evening will be the dynamic Lacey Evans, Host and Producer of KGW-TV’s Hello, Rose City and President of the Board of Directors of another non-profit, William Temple House. We are also thrilled to have HGTV designer Emily Henderson with us at the event. Emily has generously offered to being her warmth and expertise to the interior design of our new hotel shelter. The evening will include a full selection of hot and cold appetizers, local craft beer and wine, and art project and a dessert dash for home baked confections.
