About Enid Charity Ball

The Enid Charity Ball is the Northwest Oklahoma Osteopathic Foundation's annual signature fundraiser, supporting the Foundation’s Physician Recruitment Program. The event includes a raffle sponsored by Mead Jeweler's & 4RKids, Silent/Live Auction Items, an Open Bar, Dinner, Physician of the Year Announcement, various other recognitions, and live music by The Royal Dukes.

Your contribution plays an important role in the success of this event and the impact it has on healthcare in our region. All proceeds from the Charity Ball support NOOF’s Physician Recruitment Program, which invests in the future of rural healthcare by providing scholarships, mentorship, and hands-on opportunities to students pursuing a career in medicine, from high school through residency. We’re also developing an exciting new community-built financial incentive to show appreciation to physicians who choose to serve in the greater Enid area, because we believe that strong communities deserve strong healthcare.

It is a program of the Northwest Oklahoma Osteopathic Foundation (NOOF) with a committee that is dedicated to the planning and execution of the event. All funds raised through the Enid Charity Ball are processed through NOOF and utilize it’s nonprofit status and EIN.

About the Northwest Oklahoma Osteopathic Foundation

What began as Enid Memorial Hospital in the 1950s grew rapidly, expanding facilities and services to meet the region’s needs. Over the following decades, the organization evolved through hospital operations, long-term care facilities, and community health services, while navigating changes in healthcare delivery and partnerships.

In the early 1990s, the organization adopted the trade name Northwest Oklahoma Osteopathic Foundation (NOOF), formally transitioning in 2002 from a hospital-operating entity to a private operating foundation. This shift allowed NOOF to focus its mission on education, physician support, and long-term healthcare sustainability. The Northwest Oklahoma Osteopathic Foundation (NOOF) is a 501(c)(3) 509(a) (1) nonprofit private foundation dedicated to enhancing healthcare in Northwest Oklahoma and empowering the next generation of medical professionals.

About the Physician Recruitment Program

The Physician Recruitment Program supports future physicians from high school through residency and into practice, strengthening healthcare in Northwest Oklahoma through mentoring, scholarships, hands-on experiences, and targeted incentives.
