Jingle & Jazz, A Celebration of Life & Hope embraces the essence of the season, from November being Adoption Awareness month, Thanksgiving moving into the Christmas season and January being Sanctity of Life month! We want to embrace it all! I am incredibly excited about what the Lord has in store for this ministry going forward.

Our primary goal for Jingle & Jazz, A Celebration of Life & Hope is to raise $75,000. These funds will be instrumental in expanding our marketing campaigns to reach more single pregnant women in need of our services. We aim to reach new donors who may become major contributors and establish ongoing support. Additionally, we aspire to expand our services, increase our staff, and build a home for single pregnant women.

We have numerous success stories and testimonials from individuals positively impacted by ABBA Charities' services. These stories reflect the transformative work we do and the profound value of your support and we can’t wait to share a few of those stories at this year’s event.

So, get ready to enjoy the heart-warming stories of life and hope, the sounds of Christmas presented by the UCA Student Jazz Band, and take home some amazing gifts to put under the tree through our Silent Auction all while making an impact for life!

MEET YOUR EMCEE:

Daniela Dehaghani is a proud Arkansan and a familiar face on KATV Channel 7, where she serves as a news anchor and multimedia journalist. Born and raised in White Hall, Daniela has always believed in the power of community — something she brings into every story she tells.

She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Biology, later continuing her education at UA Little Rock to earn both her MBA and a Master of Professional Communications. It was during her internship at KATV that Daniela found her true calling in journalism — sharing the voices, victories, and challenges of people across our state.

When she’s not on air, Daniela enjoys spending time with her three dogs, playing the piano, and painting — always finding new ways to stay creative and connected

The Lord led us to ABBA in 2014 through a series of divinely appointed events. We had been married for nearly 13 years and had struggled with infertility before God brought Kandi into our lives. We will never forget that first meeting in her office and how wonderful she was to us. We have been a part of the ABBA family for 11 years now and Kandi has continued to be just as wonderful as the first time we met her.

Adoption has shown us so much about who God is and what He can do. Since being led to ABBA 11 years ago, God has miraculously and graciously blessed us with 4 adoptions. Our family has been formed and generations will be forever changed for eternity because of the ministry of ABBA

Mike Shnaekel ~ He’s not a professional auctioneer… but he is a Marine. Get ready for fun, generosity, and a whole lot of heart

Mike brings heart, humor, and a touch of Marine Corps grit to his role as the Jingle & Jazz Auction Host. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Mike served around the world—from Okinawa, Japan to Mogadishu, Somalia—before returning home to Arkansas, where he continues to invest in his community through leadership, service, and strong family values.

While Mike is not a professional auctioneer, he is well-known for his ability to connect with people, bring warmth to a room, and keep an audience engaged with his natural charm and lighthearted spirit. His willingness to step into this role reflects exactly what we love about him: he shows up, he serves wholeheartedly, and he brings joy to every space he enters.

This year, Mike joins ABBA Charities at Jingle & Jazz with one mission—help guide our silent and live auctions in a way that is fun, meaningful, and impactful for the families and mothers we serve. And in true Marine fashion, he’s ready to take on the challenge… even if the job description doesn’t come with formal auctioneer training.
