The Orcas Island Education Foundation (OIEF) invites you to its annual fundraiser, “An Evening at the Lodge,” Saturday, November 8, at the Four Winds Camp Lodge. The festivities will commence at 5:00 PM.

Celebrating nearly a century of island heritage, the Four Winds Camp Lodge provides a stunning backdrop for this year’s event. Guests will enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by acclaimed chef and food stylist Bridget Meyer, a culinary leader in the Pacific Northwest with more than 25 years.

The evening’s program will feature a live auction, and the warmth of community gathered in front of the lodge’s grand fireplace. Of course, there will also be a “Dessert Dash” – with treats created by the best bakers on the island!

By attending “An Evening at the Lodge,” supporters will help OIEF continue its mission of enriching public education on Orcas Island. In September, OIEF provided funding for vital programs, including K-5 Outdoor Education, the Middle School trip to NatureBridge, the Future’s Lounge in the High School, and the new CTE Director position. The Foundation also remains committed to ongoing efforts—ranging from providing books for elementary classrooms to awarding scholarships for graduating seniors.
