Just as a pearl forms its luster through grit and resilience, Family Health Partnership Clinic has transformed three decades of hard work into a legacy of care. Please join us for an enchanting evening Soiree honoring our past and looking towards a bright, healthy future.

Enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, stellar conversation with other Clinic supporters, enchanting silent auctions, live music and more! The Soiree starts at 5:30pm and tickets are $50 per person. In anticipation of ushering in warmer weather, attire is "Spring Cocktail Party Casual"- pearls encouraged!

Location: Courthouse Square Woodstock, 101 N Johnson St, 2S- Second Floor, Woodstock

Parking: located across the street in the parking lot on Judd & Throop Streets or available on the Woodstock Square.

What should I wear? The Soiree is a celebration of all things Spring and we hope Mother Nature gets that memo. Cocktail party attire is appropriate and if you are joining us right after your work day, casual work attire is great too! Although there will be seating available to rest or if you would like to sit for a bit while you eat, there will not be seating for everyone to be seated at the same time. Please be sure to wear comfortable footwear.

What can I expect at the event? The very best caterer, 3 Chefs, will be preparing a magnificent array of hearty hors d'oeuvres including some vegetarian and gluten-free options. The food is designed to give you the opportunity to graze, mix and mingle and peruse the fabulous silent auctions. Flexible seating options are available (no reserved seating). There will also be a cash bar with beer, wine and hard seltzer selections, in addition to soft drinks. Of course, the night will feature our signature Program and Paddle Raise where you will get the opportunity to hear stories about our clients and how much your support of Family Health Partnership Clinic impacts them! And, we will be capping off the night by drawing the winner of the Vacation Home!

If I am the winning bidder, when do I receive my auction item? The silent auction will be available for all to take part in (whether attending the event or not-bidding is all online!), and items will be given to winners at the auction check-out table upon exit from the event. For those not attending the event, silent auction items will be available for pick up at Family Health Partnership Clinic (401 Congress Parkway in Crystal Lake) Monday -Thursday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm.
