Flux Theatre is extremely thrilled that you will be part of our audience at our 3rd Annual Black Tie Gala on Saturday June 21, 2025!

**7:00 pm = VIP Experience
**8:30 pm = General Admission Doors

A few notes from our production team:
1 - Please make sure you have your eTicket handy upon arrival on June 21, 2025 along with a PICTURE ID.

2 - YES you can *TIP* the performers! Please do your best to come with all that extra $$ and be ready to make it rain on our glorious performers as they are extremely excited to perform in the flesh for you!

3 - PARKING: Please do *not* leave ANYTHING in your car! We are located in the BayArea and don't wanna take any chances. So definitely take that extra 5 minutes to give your car some love before coming to the show!

4 - ADA ASSISTANCE: If you will needing ADA assistance outside of regular ADA access please email us directly at fluxverticaltheatre@gmail.com

5 - REMINDER: We will be following ALL current state COVID rules and regulations at the time of this show. Make sure you have a fancy face mask handy *just in case* the rules change between when you bought your ticket and June 21, 2025.

6 - PHOTO AND VIDEO DISCLAIMER:
Please note that photographs and video footage will be taken throughout all Flux Vertical Theatre produced shows. These will be used by Flux Vertical Theatre, FVT Academy and Flux Theatre Berkeley for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our websites and in social media or in any third party publication. By purchasing this ticket you, the purchaser, understand and agree that all photos and videos will become the property of Flux Vertical Theatre and will not be returned. You, the purchaser, hereby irrevocably authorize Flux Vertical Theatre to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose.

7 - *All Ticket Sales Are FINAL* (as stated in the ticket pricing info)

As a grassroots company, we rely on ticket sales to help cover our rent and support our work. This event also serves as a fundraiser, so we deeply appreciate your understanding.

If an emergency arises and you’re unable to attend, please consider donating your ticket to someone who otherwise couldn’t afford to come—or consider your ticket purchase a direct donation to FVT.
