Who We Are

The Fortune & Forks Foundation is the philanthropic arm of Fortune & Forks, created to expand access, opportunity, and mentorship for the next generation of high-achieving women of color.

Our focus is on high school and college-aged students, equipping them with the tools, networks, and confidence to thrive in industries where their brilliance deserves to be seen and celebrated.

What We Do

Through curated programs and intentional partnerships, we create tangible pathways to success:

Workshops & Training: Professional development and career readiness skills tailored to real-world opportunities.
Scholarships & Financial Support: Removing barriers that too often stand in the way of achievement.
Internships & Externships: Direct pipelines into leading industries and organizations, including shadow days with Fortune & Forks members.
Mentorship Networks: Connecting young women to leaders and role models who inspire and guide their journeys.

Upcoming initiatives include:

A college-to-career mentorship program led by our members (applications open)
An annual girls’ summit (March ‘26) designed to inspire and equip future leaders
A Holiday drive (Dec ‘25) for underserved students and families
Collaborations with powerful women-led organizations we admire
- Examples: Justice for Black Girls, Precious Dreams Foundation, CultureCon On Campus
