This year’s Harvest for Hope is a milestone—the final dinner on our Bellewood campus. As Bellewood & Brooklawn consolidates services at Brooklawn to strengthen safety, efficiency, and care continuity, our purpose is unchanged: to provide a safe, nurturing environment where Kentucky’s children and families can heal and thrive. Your support tonight helps us reinvest directly in trauma-informed care and expand services for youth throughout the Commonwealth.

Under the glow of Bellewood—one last time—enjoy live music, a curated silent auction, and a five-course menu from some of Louisville’s most celebrated chefs:

Passed Appetizers
• Volare (Chef Josh Moore): Ale-8 & Jim Beam–glazed Stonecross Farm pork belly skewers; garlic bruschetta with roasted tomatoes, green olives, feta & aged balsamic
• Varanese / River House (Chef John Varanese): Gulf shrimp & tasso over white cheddar grits with roasted corn succotash & smoked-corn butter sauce

First Course
• The Fat Lamb (Chef Dallas McGarity): Truffle & fontina arancini with roasted eggplant-basil pomodoro, grana padano & wilted spinach

Second Course (Salad)
• Hotel Bourré Bonne (Chef Henry Wesley): Salt-roasted beets, sweet-potato vinaigrette, charred endive, Kenny’s Fromage Blanc & spicy pepitas

Third Course
• TANA (Chef Ming Pu): Griddled pork buns “Sheng Jian Bao” with TANA chili sauce, Kong Yen black rice vinegar & coriander

Fourth Course (Entrée)
• The Village Anchor (Chef Chase Schnatter): Revealed at service

Fifth Course (Dessert)
• Hotel Bourré Bonne (Chef Nokee Bucayu): Crème caramel with roasted squash, pepita crunch, popped sorghum & chantilly cream

Check-in: Doors open at 6:00 PM (passed appetizers & music at arrival)
Silent Auction: Opens at check-in; closes near the end of the evening
Dietary Needs: Please share allergies or requests by Nov 1 so chefs can accommodate
Attire: Country Chic (outdoor/covered setting)
