Every dollar you give directly fuels these programs and empowers our neighbors, pets, and a community that believes every family deserves support. In 2024, we helped over 30 families and 40 pets access the care they need. In 2025, we more than tripled that, serving over 150 families and 200 pets. Let's do even more together in 2026!

What We Do

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to keeping families together by providing access to affordable pet care and mutual aid in Clayton County and beyond! We run four interconnected programs designed to meet families where they are, with dignity, and to reduce pet care costs for to keep more pets in loving homes and out of shelters.

The Village Pet Project

A community mutual aid membership for pet owners who want a safety net before a crisis hits. Members contribute each month and gain access to our low-cost veterinary team, interest-free payment plans for veterinary care through our community fund, pet pantry supplies, and dog training resources and support. The longer you’re part of the Village, the more the community shows up for you, rewarding commitment, building lasting trust and mutual aid that empowers us all.

Free Pet Food Vending Machine

Our free pet food vending machine provides free kibble, canned food, and basic supplies to any pet owner in need — no application, no income verification, no judgment. Stocked through community donations and corporate sponsorships, the machine ensures that no pet goes hungry.

First Stop Mini Clinics

Sliding-scale veterinary pop-ups in Clayton County and around Metro Atlanta, bringing professional vet services to the neighborhoods that need them most. First Stop Mini Clinics offer wellness exams, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and basic care on a pay-what-you-can model. No one is turned away due to costs. We also provide in-home visits for seniors, people with disabilities, and homebound individuals.

Online Pet Pantry with Home Delivery

Our online pet pantry and thrift store delivers to families in Clayton County. Families can request pet food, litter, and essential supplies through a simple intake process and receive home delivery. We designed this program specifically for those facing transportation barriers, mobility challenges, or demanding work schedules.
