2nd Annual Spring 2024 Handmade Crafts and Art Auction Information:
PLEASE READ ALL INFO.
Our auction will run from April 12 through April 19, 2024 on this site (Once the site is live, you can click the word AUCTION at the top of this page to enter auction. The word Auction will appear at the top when it is live).
Once Auction is live - To Bid: Enter auction, find your item and enter your MAXIMUM bid. It will automatically bid up until your maximum bid is met if someone else outbids you on the item. If nobody bids above you, it will stay at the next increment amount (You don't have to enter a new bid each time you are outbid). You will receive a notification if you are outbid on an item. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDERS (especially at the end of the auction for winning notifications). Even if you don't find something you "need", you can still support Messinger Woods by being a sponsor. Look for those sponsorship "items" listed as well!!
There will be 3 pick-up sites/times for your convenience for pickup if you win an item. These are Safe-Meeting spots.
-West Seneca Police Dept. Parking Lot April 25th from 4:30pm-7:30pm
-Hamburg Police Dept. Parking Lot April 26th from 4:30pm-7:30pm
-Cheektowaga Police Dept. Parking Lot April 27th from 11am-2:30pm
Notifications for payment will be sent to you at the end of the entire auction. Therefore, if you have more than one item won, you can pay all at once. You will be given instruction to email us your pick-up locations from above. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK FOLDER DURING AND AT THE END OF THE AUCTION TO ENSURE YOU ARE RECEIVING EMAILS. If you do not email the above information, we will not know which location to bring your item(s) to.
If item is able to be shipped, there will be a shipping amount shown which you will pay for in addition to the winning bid amount. (WE DO PREFER LOCAL PICKUP.) If you need an item shipped, you will have to pay for the shipping separately using the PAY SHIPPING HERE button on this page (We apologize that this site didn't give us a better option). If there is no shipping size/cost, the item is not able to be shipped. Shipping will be using USPS flat rate boxes to continental US addresses only. Messinger Woods cannot be responsible for mishaps in shipping.

Envelope - $8.50
Small box - $10.40
Medium box - $18.40
Large box - $24.75
As stated above, local pickup is preferred but we are able to ship using USPS flat rate boxes to continental US only.
Please remit payment by April 22nd, if item is not paid by this date it will be offered to the backbidder. This is to allow us time to gather items for delivery to specific pick-up locations.
