Auction Overview and Access Details

We are excited to announce that our upcoming auction will be integrated with our event, and anyone is welcome to register to bid. As organizers, we have control over bidding access and can manage registrants through our Givebutter admin portal. This includes the ability to block any bidders who are not registered or checked in.

As part of a trial and demonstration, I will be sending an email via Givebutter to all board members. This will showcase how the platform works and highlight some of its capabilities.

You will receive:

A public link to view the auction.
A private link to access a special category within the auction, available only to specific ticket holders.

Important Notes:

On Givebutter, you can make entire categories or individual items private and grant access via specific links.
To make the full auction private, create a private category and place all auction items within it.
You can schedule the date for the auction as well as separate bidding start times for each item. This allows us to build anticipation and provide a preview of upcoming items.
