If you bid on an item and win, please ensure you pay your invoice within 5 days of the auction closing date. We appreciate each and every one of you! Shipping/Pick Up All of our items but a select few are available to be shipped within the United States. If an item is not available to be shipped it will be marked "Local Pick Up Only" in the title and description. Most of our items will be available for pick up ONLY in Fairfax, VA. There are a few that will be available for pick up only either in York, PA or Woodstock, VA. Please read the description of the item closely to see where the pickup location is. If you are unable to pick that item up in the location listed, please pay the shipping fee instead and we can have it shipped to you. If you choose to pick up, please expect to travel to the location listed to pick up your items. We will put you in contact with the volunteer in that area after the auction has ended to arrange pick up. Otherwise, items can be shipped for the fee listed. If an item does not have a shipping fee listed, there is no cost for shipping. Processing Fees While we are not requiring you to pay the processing fees for the use of the auction website, we appreciate you covering them. If you pay the processing fees, then 100% of the proceeds will go to WWLDO for your purchase. Otherwise, WWLDO will need to pay the processing fees out of the auction's profits. Please keep in mind many of our shipping fees are kept lower than what they will actually cost, so we will be paying a bit out of our auction's profits for that. So please help us where you can, so we can raise as much as possible to help support our rural shelters! Thank You to Our Donors!
