PADDLE WITH A PURPOSE

Your support powers a unique program where young adults receive hands-on training and paid internships to help mission-driven nonprofits thrive. Interns learn Salesforce and consulting skills, then apply them directly to real projects that drive social impact. It’s an investment in both future tech leaders and stronger communities.

Build a team with as many friends as you’d like. The more players you bring, the more money we raise! Four players are on the court for each match, and everyone else on your roster rotates in from game to game, so everybody plays. Players join the side of the lineup that fits how they identify, and nonbinary and gender-fluid players can choose whichever side they’re most comfortable with. Your division is set by the combined ratings of the four players on the court: 12.0 (about four 3.0 players), 14.0 (four 3.5 players), or 16.0 (four 4.0 players).

Mixing levels is fine as long as the total stays at or under the cap. Each match has four doubles games with different pairings, all with rally scoring, so a point is scored on every serve. Win three games and your team takes the match. If it’s tied 2–2, a fast singles tiebreaker called a Dream Breaker decides it. Bring your crew, cheer each other on, and help raise money for a great cause!

What Your Donation Supports

At StrideLabs, we believe in creating opportunities that yield dividends and continue to pay them forward.

Through paid internships, we equip young adults from underrepresented communities with real world tech skills, training them to become salesforce solution experts, technology advisors.
We then place these now skilled young professionals in non profit organizations to help the non profits become more efficient by more effectively using Salesforce to run their businesses

For each $7500.00 we raise, we can train and place a candidate and get a non-profit up and running!!

💡 Why It Matters

✅ Workforce Equity
You’re opening doors for young adults who haven’t had access to tech careers.

✅ Nonprofit Effectiveness
Small to mid-sized orgs finally get the tools to manage programs and fundraising in one place.

✅ Systemic Impact
This is sustainable change—for our workforce, our sector, and our communities.
