Join us for an inspiring evening with Dr. Jonathan Foley, one of the world’s leading climate scientists and Executive Director of Project Drawdown—the foremost resource on climate solutions. Dr. Foley is a renowned expert in sustainability, global food systems, and environmental science, with a career dedicated to identifying and promoting actionable strategies to protect our climate and natural resources.

With a Ph.D. in Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences from the University of Wisconsin, Dr. Foley has published over 140 scientific articles, many in top journals like Nature and Science, placing him among the top 1% of most-cited scientists globally. He has advised governments, foundations, non-profits, and business leaders, and led major environmental institutions including the Center for Sustainability and the Global Environment (SAGE), the University of Minnesota’s Institute on the Environment, and the California Academy of Sciences.

An acclaimed science communicator, Dr. Foley’s insights have reached global audiences through TED Talks, the Aspen Institute, National Geographic, the New York Times, and many more. His numerous awards include the prestigious Heinz Award for the Environment and the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers.

Dinner Options:

Minnesota Stuffed Chicken - Baked chicken breast filled with wild rice, green onions, and savory stuffing. Topped with mushrooms and a light cream sauce. Served with baby red potatoes and green beans.
Vegetable Asian Stir Fry (Vegan & Gluten-Free) - A colorful mix of asparagus, cabbage, red bell peppers, celery, onions, and cashews tossed in a flavorful teriyaki blend. Served over a bed of brown rice and quinoa, and garnished with fresh cilantro and green onions.
Walleye Dinner - Lightly breaded in seasoned panko and served with house-made garlic aioli. Accompanied by baby red potatoes and green beans.
