Still We Rise Against Breast Cancer website

("Still We Rise") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by Megan Wilson during some of her most difficult days battling metastatic breast cancer in 2022. While in the midst of the fight for her own life, she was thinking about others and how she could help breast cancer patients and their families. Megan was passionate about holistic health and how those services complemented the care she received from her oncology team. Acupuncture, therapy, and massage were some of the appointments she relied on for an improved quality of life during treatment. These integrative therapies enabled her to show up for herself, her family, and her life. Megan felt privileged to have access to these services and envisioned a foundation that would make grants enabling similar access to others during their own breast cancer treatment journey. Megan passed away in December 2022 and leaves a lasting impact on anyone she met. Still We Rise is her legacy that will carry on for lifetimes to come.

Megan Wilson Grants are awarded to women fighting breast cancer to cover the cost of mental health services (for the patient, their spouse, and/or their children) and complimentary therapies such as acupuncture, lymphatic massage, etc. to help improve quality of life while undergoing treatment.
