On March 7 during my trip to Ukraine to deliver ambulances, medical supplies, clothing and other humanitarian aid, I visited the Visual Art Center in Kryvyi Rih, the seventh-largest city in Ukraine. It's in the eastern part of the country not far from the front lines, and thus has seen a steady flow of refugees and wounded soldiers. The Visual Art Center has been a lifeline for children, especially since the schools have been closed since the invasion.

I was blown away by the art the children made so, on the spot, I made a $10,000 cash donation to support and expand the Center and asked them to fill one of my large suitcases with all 92 pieces of art on the walls. I promised to bring them back to the United States and auction them off to raise additional money for the Center as well as other wonderful charities.

The first auction in June was so successful, raising nearly $30,000, that I asked for more art from the children at the Visual Art Center, plus I brought some additional amazing Ukrainian art home with me after I visited the Ukrainian church and cultural center in Tallinn, Estonia in August, all of which I am now selling to raise money to help Ukraine fight for its freedom.
