Meet-up location at Rosecrans Lifeguard Tower, Manhattan Beach 10AM Coffee & Fellowship 11AM Free Sound Bath with Kassia Meador 12PM Free Surf Lessons with Waves of Recovery Surf Coaches Plus, grab a raffle ticket or enter the auction to win rad prizes!!! Check our instagram page for more (@wavesofrecovery.inc) Notes about the event: Limited free wetsuits and surfboards will be available for use. Please feel free to bring your own wetsuit & board if you have one! Our volunteer surf coaches will be providing FREE surf lessons after the sound bath! We encourage guests to bring sunscreen and water.
