Like salt that flavors and saves, His followers are called to season life with compassion; like light piercing darkness, they are called to reflect the Savior’s love. Jesus instructs: “Let your light shine before others that they may see your good deeds and glorify their Father in heaven.” (Matthew 5:16) This tree, “Salt & Light,” shines with that divine mandate—born at Christmas, Jesus, the Light of the World, entered humbly to empower us for eternal impact. Jesus said: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but will have the light of life.”(John 8:12)

This event is uniquely designed to answer the call of the Great Commission, reaching out to the Southwest Florida Community in faith and love to tell them about Jesus.
