In today’s world, many womxn face growing uncertainty, fear, and systemic barriers that limit their opportunities. At Womxn for Change, we strive to end social isolation and believe in the power of womxn-led change to challenge these barriers and build a future where living up to our potential isn’t just an ideal—it’s a lived reality.

As a volunteer-run organization, we are deeply rooted in the communities we serve. Our approach is bold and strategic: we address inequities at their root by equipping individuals with the tools, knowledge, and networks to drive change from the inside out. Through advocacy, community organizing, and needs-based education—centering safety, economic mobility, cultural identity, and personal development— we create spaces where womxn can learn from each other and step into leadership with confidence.

Our Impact.

This fall, we are launching Your Power learning experience—an 8-week journey designed to empower womxn with the confidence, skills, and support to navigate personal and systemic challenges. The cohort this fall is designed for womxn, aspiring or current entrepreneurs, social innovators working in Latina/o/x cultural sectors, wellness, creative economy, and community-led organizations who are Spanish speakers, immigrants, refugees, BILPOC, and/or LGBTQIA+ who are ready to take charge of their future and create meaningful change for themselves and their communities.

Through interactive sessions, peer learning, and self-reflection, participants will gain:

✔ A better understanding of themselves and who they want to be

✔ Strategies, systems, and practical tools to create lasting success

✔ An individualized growth plan rooted in their unique strengths and cultural context
