At Women Hold the Key, we believe that when women gather, lives change. In a world where so many feel isolated, overwhelmed, or unseen, we create spaces for connection, celebration, support, and growth. We are a small, women-founded, women-run, and women-led nonprofit based on Vashon Island, Washington, building powerful communities where women can thrive, together.

Our vision is rooted in the belief that women hold the key to turning potential into power. When women come together in courageous, joyful, and welcoming spaces, they unlock confidence, resilience, solidarity, and lasting change not only for themselves, but for their families, communities, and future generations.

Guided by compassion, courage, respect, joy, intergenerational connection, and honoring the Goddess in us all, we are committed to creating a place where women feel uplifted, supported, and inspired to become more fully themselves.

With your help, we can continue creating meaningful experiences that remind women they do not have to do life alone.
