The Veronica Blount Memorial Foundation’s Adopt-A-Home Campaign is part of our 1 For Every 1 Blood Pressure Monitor Initiative, a life-saving effort dedicated to reducing heart disease in underserved communities.

Heart disease remains the number one cause of death globally, yet early detection and prevention can save countless lives. Through this campaign, our trained volunteers go door-to-door in communities most impacted by health inequities, providing residents with a free blood pressure monitor, along with hands-on training and essential health resources.

A blood pressure monitor is more than a device—it is a critical tool for early detection, prevention, and ongoing management of heart disease. For many families, this is their first access to reliable health monitoring equipment.

We invite our donors and supporters to Adopt a Home—or multiple homes if they are able.

$67 sponsors one home, covering the cost of:
- A blood pressure monitor
- In-home education and training
- Printed and digital health resources
