Argonaut II is a boat worth saving. She's one of the only vessels who have survived this long (104 years!), and she has a whole lot of life left in her--100 years more. To get there, she needs your help.

What separates Argonaut II is more than her traditional lines and storied past, but the living history that continues to surround this boat today. Her story is ongoing, and is now shared with hundreds of thousands of people around the world. If you haven't heard, her stories, ongoing restoration, and the remote coastline of her history are all documented on video through her Argonaut II YouTube Channel.

Argonaut II is a 73' wooden boat built in 1922 in Vancouver, BC. From a corporate yacht to mission boat, tugboat to private yacht, she remains connected to the thousands of people she served up and down the remote coastline of British Columbia. Now's the time to save this boat, document the history that is still very well alive, and share her stories with the world.

Every dollar donated will be matched, up to $25,000 through April 30th--with a goal of raising the $50,000 needed to get this boat back in the water. All funds go directly to materials and the shipwrights working to repair this vessel, buttoning up the remaining planking project, sponson and guards, and addressing the. last concerning section of rot on the starboard bow.
