Community Health Services, (CHS), is a nonprofit health clinic that has served as a vital safety-net care provider for Pitkin, Eagle and Garfield counties since 1971. CHS is dedicated to delivering exceptional, integrated, and patient-centered healthcare, with a strong focus on serving individuals who face barriers to access-regardless of their ability to pay. Our services include affordable, confidential family planning and preventive health care, such as birth control education and supplies, long-acting reversible contraception, pregnancy testing and counseling, screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, physical exams, cervical and breast cancer screenings, a range of dental and oral health services, and immunizations.
