The Downers Grove Public Library Foundation is hosting a special “Art After Dark” event at the only free public art gallery in town: DGPL!

At this exciting new fundraiser, attendees will explore the library’s full art collection and learn more about each piece. Join us after hours at the library for light bites, non-alcoholic drinks, special guests, a silent auction, and more—all to benefit the library we love.

Following the event, we invite you to head over to an after-party at Another Round from 8-10 p.m. With a percentage of any purchased drink going back to the foundation, you can feel even better about supporting our local library AND business!

The Downers Grove Public Library Foundation funds extraordinary gifts, beyond taxpayer support, for our library. We are proud to have funded gifts that enhance DGPL’s art collection, providing opportunities for the whole community to explore and understand art. We can’t wait to tour these and other works with you at this special event.

All proceeds from Art After Dark will benefit the DGPL Foundation. This event is recommended for ages 12 and up. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
