Meet the Competing Chefs:

🍽 Austin McCormick – Sous Chef at Lemaire, the renowned, seasonally inspired restaurant inside the iconic Jefferson Hotel.

🔥 Chef Shad (Rashad) Thompson – The creative force behind Apt 310, a private chef experience that blends bold fusion flavors with innovative technique. And the executive chef of the newly opening restaurant, The Black Olive Pizzaria.

🐟 Matthew Brusca – The culinary mastermind and Chef De Cuisine at Alewife, a Virginia-inspired seafood institution making waves in Richmond’s dining scene.

🔪👩‍🍳 Chef Christine Wansleben - owner and culinary director of The Shockoe Slip cooking school. For over 20 years she has been sharpening the skills of home cooks, offering a safe space for learning one of life’s greatest joys.
