In a small village, 35 km from Iași, the Tănase family struggles to survive. Nine children. One home. A monthly income of only 3,000 RON(~$682)

Recently, an electricity bill arrived: ~$363. After paying for it, there is almost nothing left for food, clothing, or school supplies. The mother shares quietly, “We give when we can. When we can’t… we just can’t.”

The children have only one toy, a 1 RON (~$0.50) plush given by the kindergarten. Yet their dreams are bigger than their circumstances.

Families like the Tănases' are not alone. Across the region, over 10,500 children from disadvantaged families wait for help—children who deserve food, clothes, education, and hope.
