THE MENU

• Duo of pan seared salmon cake with a country remoulade of pickled vegetables, mashed peas, baby arugula, and dill infused oil, paired with fried green tomato topped with homemade pimento cheese

• Venison meatball seasoned with fresh herbs and homemade marinara atop creamy polenta with grated parmesan

• “Jello fruit salad” – Early summer pumpkin soup with coconut-cantaloupe panna cotta

• Sunday roast – sliced medium rare prime rib roast with grandmas fresh from the garden picked green beans, roasted potatoes, horseradish au jus, rosemary oil, balsamic glaze

• Baked apple pie with homemade chevre ice cream, caramel sauce, toasted hazelnuts, and sweet pickled blueberries.

VEGAN MENU
