Celebrating Life with Art. Our mission is to Inspire Dreams and Honor Legacies by gifting joy to others.

This premier event takes place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, on the grounds at the Church of the Loving Shepherd in West Chester, PA. Celebrating Life with Art brings together local artists, collectors, and community for an inspiring afternoon featuring a live and silent art auction, musical performances, and curated culinary experiences. Artists were invited to showcase their talents in a no fee afternoon reception. The opportunity provides space and time to share their joy and inspire others. We invited artists to be present if willing, promote themselves and perform. The afternoon is expected to be an immersive experience for guests.

All proceeds benefit the Ellen Salome Memorial Fund, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This fund was established in honor of Ellen Salome, a brave pediatric heart transplant patient who tragically passed away from cardiac arrest during her freshman year of high school. Ellen deeply loved the arts, and this afternoon reception and auction ensures her vibrant legacy continues to inspire and support others.

Ellen's life and death inspired a mission dedicated to providing opportunities for joy through events, scholarships, mentorships, and in-kind gifts. We are grateful to continue to bring joy in her memory and honor her heart donor, Dawn. We are grateful for this opportunity to remind our community of the gift of life.

Thank you for your support.

Thank you to the Henderson High School Students who led this event and all of our artists who shared their joy with us!
