Hometown Connect is a non-profit healthcare ministry in the heart of Central Kentucky. We believe that when we help someone obtain a warm meal, a safe place to lay their head at night, access to lifesaving medical treatment and the tools and accountability to be a productive and self-sufficient - lives are RESTORED and HOPE is found. Without support and stability it is often hard for someone to open their heart to hear the good news of the gospel.

We believe healthcare encompasses the whole of a person, and we want to support a person's health journey mind, body and spirit. Hometown Connect is claiming that in the name of Jesus, chains will be broken but we desperately need your help and support to do what we do!

Aside from the care we are already providing to those in need in our community, we are breaking ground on a new community center that will be used to house a soup kitchen, a warming center, shower houses and a place for education and gathering to serve. We absolutly CANNOT see this through without your help. We ask that you will prayerfully consider giving to Hometown Connect.

Just $100 per month can help begin to restore a family and allow them to obtain life changing support. Whether it's a one-time or recurring gift, every dollar makes a direct difference in your local community. Each need that comes to us is brought before our board to ensure that resources are not duplicated. You, your business or your church may be interested in being a Hometown Connect Ambassador with a gift of $2500.00 or more.
