Carolina Abortion Fund (CAF) is a 501(c)(3) founded in 2011 by folks tired of seeing people cancel or delay abortion care due to cost. Over the last fourteen years, we have grown alongside the demands of our community to offer direct funding, emotional support, practical support (including gas money, transportation coordination, and childcare expenses).

We fund every month until we reach our budget. We’re not able to help everyone that needs it, but we are still supporting over 200 abortion seekers each month. We dream of the day that everyone that wants an abortion can get it with dignity, respect, and care.

Until then, we'll keep funding abortions in North and South Carolina as well as for Carolinians traveling out of state, to avoid hostile legislation currently in place.
