The Latino Educational Achievement Partnership (LEAP) empowers children in Durham to achieve academic success by providing a high-quality, dual-language preschool and on-going support throughout middle school.

LEAP is on a bold path to become Durham Pre-K’s first dual-language program by 2028—offering a FREE, full-day licensed program through Durham County’s universal pre-K initiative. This 3-year transformation will create a sustainable funding model so we can continue serving Durham’s children. We are working hard on curriculum alignment, teacher certification, and updates to our physical space and transportation, but we can’t do it alone.
