Support local and global artists, live music, and diverse music & art education! Your participation in this fundraiser and every dollar you donate to Lotus will benefit our regional community through interaction with diverse music, art, & culture, and by breaking down barriers that limit connection to the world around us.

Investments in the arts directly lead to thriving communities. The arts help create highly adaptable and diversified economies that are strengthened socially, educationally, economically, and improve health and well-being. Lotus's mission is to create opportunities to celebrate, experience, and explore the world’s diversity through music and the arts. Our core work benefits the regional community through cultural exchange, exposure to diversity, supplementing music and art education in schools and community service centers, and connecting people to the world around them.

Even as we grow, Lotus continues to operate as a grassroots organization - supporting emerging artists both locally and from around the world. We continue to connect people, building bridges for cultural exchange, in schools and community service centers, and on the streets of downtown Bloomington, IN. Support Lotus's mission by donating to directly fund local and global artists, live community performances, and diverse music & art education.

Lotus has a longstanding role as a cultural convener connecting artists, audiences, educators, businesses, and community leaders through programs that celebrate creativity and cultural exchange. The organization sits at the intersection of arts, education, economic development, tourism, and community engagement, making it uniquely positioned to strengthen the broader cultural ecosystem and uniquely equipped to convene artists, organizations, and residents around issues that impact the region's cultural future.
