Fairy Goodmothers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, recognized by the Columbus Foundation and proud recipient of GuideStar’s Candid Silver Seal. We are an all-volunteer group dedicated to promoting confidence and self-esteem in Central Ohio high school youth by providing prom dresses and accessories to students who might not otherwise be able to attend this milestone event. Since our founding, we have outfitted more almost 20,000 students with the help of generous supporters like you.

Each year, our Cinderella’s Closet Boutique opens its doors during prom season, welcoming students to select a dress and accessories at no cost. In 2025 alone, we served more than 1,000 students, ensuring they could shine on prom night with confidence.

To ensure the Boutique is stocked and ready for its annual opening in February 2026, Fairy Goodmothers invites you to our Party for Prom fundraiser Diamonds & Dreams, on Friday, November 7, 2025 from 6-10 pm. This elegant evening will feature dinner, cocktails, entertainment, a 50/50 raffle, and both live and silent auctions. We anticipate a crowd of 200 guests, all coming together to support Central Ohio students.

Every dollar makes a difference:

$80 ticket = Fully outfits one student for prom (dress, jewelry, and accessories).
$750 table of 10 = A night of sparkle with friends allows us to buy jewelry to complete the look
Sponsorships Starting at $100 = Helps us purchase gowns in specialty sizes.
In-kind donations = Inspire guests to bid generously in support of Cinderella’s Closet Boutique.

Together, we can make dreams shine brighter and ensure more than 1,000 students walk into prom with confidence, sparkle, and joy.
