Potluck Food Rescue is not standing still.

For more than 35 years, we have rescued good food and moved it back into the community where it belongs. What started as a simple refusal to let perfectly good food go to waste has grown into one of Central Arkansas’s most active food rescue and redistribution systems.

And we are just getting started.

Across our region, the need is growing. Food costs are rising. Families are stretched. Nonprofit partners are serving more people with fewer resources. At the same time, good food is still being wasted every day.

Potluck Food Rescue exists in the middle of that gap.

We rescue fresh produce, prepared foods, dairy, protein, bakery items, and other surplus food from local donors and move it quickly and safely to nonprofit partners, schools, shelters, clinics, libraries, community centers, no-cost markets, and neighborhood food access points.

This is not food rescue sitting on a shelf.

This is food rescue in motion.

Through refrigerated transportation, cold storage, trained staff, dedicated volunteers, and our food rescue app, Potluck is building a faster, smarter, more connected system for moving surplus food to immediate need.
