Phoenix Guardian Alliance was born from a tragedy we could not ignore. Survivors of domestic violence are not just slipping through the cracks. They are falling through the ashes of a system that was never built to hold them.

Our team of survivors, DV experts, UN Women, USAID and Ivy League alumni is building the world’s first all-in-one digital lifeline for survivors of domestic violence, uniting human care, technology and AI into a complete survivor support ecosystem. What was once fragmented chaos becomes a single, unified protection shield, free and accessible at the touch of a finger.

The Phoenix™ App streamlines access to emergency response, safety planning, legal aid, mental-health support, safe housing, and economic empowerment. Together, we can create the clear pathway survivors need to break free and build true independence.

Every 9 seconds, a woman is beaten or abused in the U.S. alone. By the time you finish reading this, countless women and children will have been forced to navigate an uphill battle from crisis to safety. Far too many will never make it, not because they don’t want to leave, but because help is unavailable the moment they reach for it.

AI & Digital Protections → Encrypted evidence vault, disguise mode, secret recordings, DV prevention security protocols and safety planning, safety check-ins, and live GPS tracking.

The Silent Epidemic We are Fighting to Give a Voice

Domestic violence is not a “private problem.” It is a national emergency.

More than 10 million people experience domestic violence each year, not including children and roughly half of all cases go unreported. In California alone, 57% of women experiencing homelessness cite domestic violence as the primary cause, rising to 80% when a child is involved.

Over 70% of mass shootings since 2014 are linked to domestic-violence trauma.
Economically, DV costs the U.S. $8.5B a year, 8 million lost workdays, and 60% of victims losing their jobs.

These numbers are staggering because when survivors reach out for help, 60–80% are turned away by an overwhelmed, outdated system that fragments rather than protects.

Our 24/7 operational hub monitoring SOS alerts in real time, coordinating safe housing, therapy, legal support, and Guardian Legion escorts, ensuring no cry for help ever falls on deaf ears.

Guardian Legion
A first-of-its-kind national DV volunteer corps: Vetted, trained allies offering SafeRides, escorts, peer support, and crisis-aware presence during the most dangerous moments.

Guardian Circle
Each survivor gains a personal safety team: Case manager, therapist, legal advocate, Guardian Legion ally, trusted personal circle, and automated safety-check system providing continuous protection.

Phoenix Rise Economic Empowerment
Because safety is step one. Independence is the goal. Survivors receive job training, career coaching, financial literacy, mentorship, and hiring pipelines to rebuild long-term stability.

Phoenix SafeHaven
A serene, sanctuary-style refuge where mothers and children can heal, rebuild, and rest with trauma-informed care, childcare, therapy, and legal clinics.
