Guests will be blindfolded to simulate the experience of dining without sight, fostering a deeper appreciation for the challenges faced by the blind community.

Prosciutto Wrapped Roasted Figs
Fresh figs stuffed with local chevre, wrapped in prosciutto and roasted to perfection. Drizzled with port wine reduction.

Seafood Bisque Shooter

Mango Chile Summer Rolls
Crisp carrot, shredded cabbage, red bell pepper, mango, avocado, and basil drizzled lightly with a mango chile sauce and wrapped in soft rice paper. Served chilled with a side of Thai ginger peanut sauce.

Surf & Turf Kabobs
Garlic and peppercorn encrusted beef tenderloin (medium rare) skewered with our chimichurri marinated shrimp and bacon wrapped scallops. Served alongside crisp lemon Parmesan arancini and lightly grilled asparagus spears.
