For a decade we've brought mindfulness into Seattle schools, creating space for students, educators, and families to pause, connect, and build resilience. That adds up to more than 17,000 participations across classrooms, staff trainings, and family programs.

This year, funding our programs has been a challenge for a few reasons. Our former giving platform, FlipCause, went bankrupt with class action lawsuits pending, and grant funding and donations are down. That said, we kept every classroom commitment. We are dedicated to honoring the beautiful work of our first ten years and carrying it into the next ten. Our fall fundraising drive goal is $55,000.
