In 2020, Stephanie Mckie and Brandi Jackson came up with the idea to host a ladies-only fitness competition with the help of Knight Performance Factory owners Ryan Mckie and PJ Gray.

They wanted to create an event that celebrated the ladies for their strength and courage to compete but also gave back to the community.

Factory Frenzy is hosted at Knight Performance Factory which is a Sports and Adult Performance Training Facility in Greenville, SC that opened its doors back in 2016. KPF provides both small group and private training sessions.

Over $21,000 has been raised for GirlUpGVL during the first two years of Factory Frenzy. This year all money raised from donations, raffles, and silent auction items will go to GirlUpGVL and LuckyPupRescue.
