Ten years ago, we threw a small party. It wasn't a grand plan. It was a belief that the people growing oysters in the South deserved a moment in the spotlight. That the chefs cooking with those oysters, the farmers hauling product out of the water, and the communities built around clean water and good food were all worth celebrating.

We didn't know if anyone would show up. They showed up. And they've been showing up ever since.

LANDLOCKED 10 is our anniversary party and our loudest declaration yet that Southern oyster farming is here to stay. We're bringing together the best chefs, pitmasters, farmers, shuckers, and bartenders from the Southeast and beyond – and the community that loves them — for another unforgettable afternoon in Decatur, GA.

Oyster South is the nonprofit behind LANDLOCKED. We support oyster farmers, promote healthy waters, celebrate good food, and connect communities across the southern United States.

We'd be honored to have you with us. This is an invitation to be part of something that really matters: to the farmers who depend on this work, to the waters that benefit from it, and to a community that has grown up around this event together.

Welcome to Year 10.
